Help Woods and Waters Land Trust improve the health of Vaughn Branch Nature Preserve in Frankfort!
Bring your boots, work gloves, and water bottle for this socially distant opportunity to work outdoors with fellow volunteers.
During the event, volunteers will perform trail maintenance, including removing dead trees, stumps and limbs interfering with the trail, as well as minor invasive-plant removal. Come prepared to move limbs, small logs and brush piles! No experience is necessary—WWLT Executive Director Jody Thompson will offer a brief training on invasive-plant removal and general trail maintenance.
