Join us on the first Thursday of the month as we steward the land in our conservation priority areas of the lower Kentucky River watershed. Good land management is important to the health of our forests and streams, and we need many hands to get the work done.
For the August volunteer day, we will be working at WWLT-owned Vaughn Branch Nature Preserve. Tasks may include invasive plant removal, trash pickup, trail maintenance, and other work.
No experience is necessary. Please wear work boots and bring work gloves if you have them.
This is a free event, and registration is appreciated.
